1) The Superbowl Sale is here again!

    Yes, Sunday, February 5 from 12 - 4 pm will be a great time to visit us.

The only things not on sale will be Encore worsted, Coffee Beanz, and needles and notions. All other yarns (kits, too!) including clearance corner will be 30% off, as will patterns and books.

As always, all sales will be final and sale prices will not apply to special orders and holds.

 

2) Our FREE mini-lessons in finishing and continental knitting are back, and the dates & times are:

  • Continental Knitting 2/4, 3/31 & 4/28 from 1 - 3 pm
  • All Done Except the Seaming 2/18, 4/14, 5/12 from 1 - 3 pm

 

3) Social Knitting -- Knit, Nibble & Sip returns as well - and by the way, feel free to bring a favorite "nibble" to share with the group if you like. Dates are 2/11, 3/3, 4/14 & 5/5 (all Saturdays) from 4 - 7 pm.

Our new class, the Gift Closet, is inspired by our determination to never again have to wrap an unfinished hand-made gift! By knitting a little something on a regular basis throughout the year, we can have a respectable assortment of beautiful gifts in our Gift Closet and be prepared for the holidays, birthdays, baby showers, etc. The Gift Closet is a series of classes so you may sign up for as many or as few of them as your schedule permits. We featured a few of out favorite gift items for the first run of this class, but we'd love to hear from you about what sorts of items you'd like us teach in future versions.
